Once the dumpster has been weighed at the transfer station and the contents are disposed, if it exceeds the weight limit, there is an additional charge for the extra weight. This is known as an overweight fee. The current rate is prorated at $140 per ton

For example: If you rented a 12yd dumpster with a 1 ton weight limit and the total weight of the contents is 1.25 tons, the additional fee would be $35.00

Any over weight charges will be automatically billed to the credit card provided when placing your order.

Yes, you can mix yard debris like brush, bushes, grass clippings, and leaves with other household items in our dumpsters. However, tree stumps and branches larger than 4 inches in diameter are not allowed. For large yard debris, you can rent a landscape-only dumpster without a weight limit. Contact us for disposal options for larger items.

You can dispose of limited amounts of asphalt, bricks, concrete, dirt, and rocks in our dumpsters. For larger amounts (over 0.5 cubic yards), please contact us to discuss your disposal options. One cubic yard of concrete or brick weighs about 3,000 lbs. If you have a large quantity, consider renting a "concrete-only" dumpster without a weight limit.

Should any of these items come back on your weight ticket, we will automatically bill your credit card

The standard rental period for our dumpsters is up to one week. Your dumpster will be automatically removed at the end of this period unless other arrangements are made. If you need extra time, you can extend the rental for $15 per day (excluding the 12yd SPECIAL). Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to request additional time, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel your order, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.

Payment for the dumpster rental is required when you place your order. We accept credit/debit cards. Any additional charges, such as overweight fees, will be billed to your card upon removal. You can also choose to pay the initial rental fee to the driver on the day of delivery using cash or check.
