What happens if I exceed the weight limit on my dumpster rental?Once the dumpster has been weighed at the transfer station and the contents are disposed, if it exceeds the weight limit, there is an additional charge for the extra weight. This is known as an overweight fee. The current rate is prorated at $140 per ton For example: If you rented a 12yd dumpster with a 1 ton weight limit and the total weight of the contents is 1.25 tons, the additional fee would be $35.00 Any over weight charges will be automatically billed to the credit card provided when placing your order.

Are there items that can not be placed in the dumpster?Yes, we do not accept anything to be cosidered HAZARDOUS WASTE For example: ANTIFREEZE, AMMUNITION, ASBESTOS, AUTO BATTERIES, BIOLOGICAL OR NUCLEAR WASTE, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, EXPLOSIVES/FIREWORKS, MEDICAL WASTE, WASTE MOTOR OIL

Can we mix yard debris in the dumpster?Yard debris such as brush, bushes, grass clippings, leaves etc. are permitted in our containers. You can mix it in the dumpster with other household items, or you may rent a landscape only dumpter without a weight limit. Tree stumps and branches larger than 4 inches in diameter are not permitted. You may contact us for options on disposal of those items

Can we put asphalt/bricks/concrete/dirt/rocks in the dumpster?Limited amounts of these materials are permitted in our dumpsters. If you have larger amounts (more than 0.5 cubic yard) please contact us about your options for disposal of these materials. 1 cubic yard of concrete or brick weighs roughly 3,000 lbs. If you have a large amout of concrete to dispose of a "concrete only" dumpster may be rented without a weight limit.

Is there an additional fee for certain items?Yes, there are additional charges for certain items. Mattresses/Box Springs - $25.00 each Car Tires - $20.00 each Computer Monitors/Televisions - $25.00 each Should any of these items come back on your weight ticket, we will automatically bill your credit card

How long can we keep the dumptser?The rental period is for up to one week. Your dumpster will AUTOMATICALLY be removed at the end of your rental unless other arrangements have been made. Additonal time can be rented for $15 per day on our regular dumpster rentals (12yd SPECIAL excluded) If you should need extra time please contact us at least 24hrs before your rental period ends. Additonal time is subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?We hope that you will not have to cancel your order, but if you do please give us 24hrs notice to avoid being charged a $75 cancellation fee

When do I pay for the dumpster?We require a credit/debit card upon ordering. Any overweight or additonal fee item charges will be billed to your card upon removal. We can bill the initial rental fee to your card or you may pay the driver on the day of delivery in the form of cash or check.

Household items like housewares, personal items, clothing, plastics, and paper are welcome. Furniture, including mattresses, box springs, chairs, couches, and sofa beds can be disposed of in our dumpsters.

We accept all electronics such as TVs and computers. All appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, ac units, and microwaves. Please see disclaimer as some items are subject to additional fees.

Absolutely no batteries are allowed motor oil, gasoline, antifreeze, asbestos-containing materials any Lead Containing Materials.
Our dumpster service does not accept food waste, including but not limited to leftovers, spoiled food, fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, bones, and other kitchen scraps.
Concrete, rock, sod, and bricks are not allowed due to potential damage, as well as their specific procedures in regards to dumping these types of materials.
Please do not dispose of any weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items in our dumpsters. These materials are potentially dangerous and require special disposal procedures that are beyond the scope of our standard services.
